Sterilize Mode
Liquid or Normal
| Sterlize Liquid |
Automatically disables the Auto-Exhaust to prevent boiling due to sudden pressure losses. |
| Sterilize Normal | Enables both the Auto Exhaust and Cooling Fan functions to hasten the cooling process for non-liquid loads. |
Sterilize/Warm Mode
Liquid Sterilization with
Subsequent Warming Cycle
| Sterilize-Warm | Disables the the Auto-Exhaust and Cooling Fan and provides susequent warming cycle to keep agar warm until needed. |
Heat/Warm Mode
| Heat-Warm | Melts and keeps agar until needed. |
Other Features
| Lid Interlock | Locks Chamber Door for safe operation. |
| Water Level Sensor | Detects the water level and prevents dry operation. |
| Constant Purge Function | Maintains the correct balance of temeprature and pressure by purging trapped air when the pressure is abnormally high. |
Options
| Extended Sensor | Probe with lead installed inside chamber to be placed in center of load from which operation is based. The autoclave will start timing the cycle once the set temperature has been achieved at the sensor's position. Provides better assurance for large vessels containin liquids. This option is available by special order. |
| Data Output | Special circuit board and low voltlage cables are installed to transmit temperature and pressure data to an external recorder (not included). This option is available by special order. |
| Independent Sensor and Recorder | Probe(s) installed inside the chamber which connect directly to an external recorder and provides independent record of the autoclave process. This option is used for thermal distribution studies and the number of probes can be customized to fit the requirements of the application. This option is available by special order. |
